ReplyDeleteLosing belly fat can be difficult, so you need to cut down on fatty food and sugar while taking the time to lift weight and exercise. I believe that you can't spot reduce any part of your body but what you can do is to decrease overall weight AND then exercise yourself to fitness. My sister did just that. She lost weight with the military diet and learning a lot from the free program, she went to the gym and did cardiovascular exercises, too.
